Multidisiplinary Expertise
A+ coaching is built on a uniquely integrated skill set that allows our coaches to support the whole student:
01
Educational Foundation:
We hold Professional Educator Licenses (PEL) in English and History, so we understand the specific literacy and inquiry demands for reading and writing. We help students translate abstract concepts into organized study habits and clear, broad communication.
02
Executive Functioning Coaching that includes:
Prioritization: Distinguishing between what is urgent and what is important. Systems Design: Creating digital and physical workflows that reduce cognitive load. Self-Advocacy: Developing the communication skills needed to interact effectively with instructors, professors, and peers. Sustainable Habits: Building routines that survive the transition from the structure of home to the independence of college and beyond.
03
Specialized Learning Support:
As licensed Learning Behavior Specialists (LBS1s), our coaches have a deep understanding of neurodiversity. We provide tailored interventions for students who struggle with traditional classroom structures, ensuring that every coaching plan is accessible and effective for the individual learner.
