Our Core Services

We believe success is a system, not a grade. Our services are designed to help students move from reactive stress to proactive control.

PILLAR ONE

Executive Functioning Coaching

Most students don’t struggle because they lack intelligence; they struggle because they lack the systems to reach their full potential. We teach the "manual for the brain."

START

Focus Areas:

  • The "Should I?" Framework: Moving from "Can I do this later?" to "Should I start this now?"

  • Task Initiation: Overcoming the "on-switch" friction for difficult assignments.

  • Time Management: Eliminating "time blindness" through visual blocking.

PILLAR TWO

Designed to shift the home dynamic from "nagging and friction" to support and scaffolding.

We equip parents with the tools to foster independence and effectively support their neurodivergent learners, creating a more peaceful and productive home environment.

Parent Coaching

Focus Areas:

  • Learning to support Executive Functioning skills at home: Discover how to help your child build systems for organization, time management, and task initiation without doing the work for them or micromanaging.

  • Finding ways to communicate with your student that still give them agency: Shift conversations from nagging and reminding to collaborative problem-solving, empowering your student to take ownership of their own responsibilities.

  • Learning how to speak the language of schools: Navigate school communication effectively. We'll guide you on how to partner with teachers, interpret progress reports, and advocate for what your child truly needs.

PILLAR THREE

IEP & 504 Advocacy

The mission: Bridging the gap between the student’s specific neurodivergent needs and the school’s resources to ensure they thrive.

Focus Areas:

  • Expert Representation: Attendance at 504 and IEP meetings to ensure your voice and your student's needs are clearly heard.

  • Actionable Accommodations: Ensuring the "legal floor" of accommodations is translated into actual, practical student success in the classroom.

  • Proactive Collaboration: Reviewing evaluations and working proactively with school teams to effectively voice and address student needs.
